Who this policy covers
This policy applies to tylertreeservicepros.com, operated as a free referral service connecting homeowners and landowners with independent local tree service and land clearing companies. It does not cover the privacy practices of the companies you’re connected with once a call is routed to them. Ask that company directly about how it handles your information.
Information we collect
Phone calls. The phone number displayed on this site is a call tracking number provided by a third-party call routing service. Calls made to that number may be recorded and may be routed to the network of independent tree service and land clearing companies we work with, so the call can be answered and a referral made. Call recordings and routing data are handled by our call tracking and telephony providers as part of delivering the call.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall site traffic, including which pages are viewed and general visitor patterns. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to help measure this activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking them may limit some site features.
Search performance data. We use Google Search Console to see how this site appears in Google search results, including which search terms lead visitors here. Search Console does not identify individual visitors to us; it reports aggregate search data tied to the site as a whole.
Forms. This site does not have any contact or lead-capture forms. The only way to reach a local tree service or land clearing company through this site is by calling the phone number shown on it.
How information is used
Call and routing data is used to connect your call with a tree service or land clearing company that serves your area, and to help us and our call tracking provider evaluate whether the referral network is functioning correctly. Analytics and search performance data are used to understand which pages are useful to visitors and to improve the site over time.
Third-party providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Call tracking, recording and routing are handled by third-party telephony and lead-routing providers as part of the referral service described in our Terms and Disclosure. We also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, both operated by Google. These providers have their own privacy practices governing how they handle data.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies in your browser to help distinguish visitors and sessions. This site does not run advertising pixels or other third-party tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose it.
Data retention
Call recordings and routing records are retained by our call tracking provider for as long as needed to operate and evaluate the referral service, consistent with that provider’s own retention practices. Google Analytics and Search Console data are retained according to Google’s own data retention settings for these products.
Your choices
If you have concerns about a call being recorded, you can decline to proceed with the call, or ask the person who answers whether the call is being recorded. You can also adjust your browser or device settings to limit or block analytics cookies. Nothing on this site requires you to submit personal information just to read it.
